Michael Bowditch

D. Michael Bowditch graduated from IUPUI in the spring of 2005, and has worked at Consolidated Union for the past 16 years. Michael started as a Producer before working his way up to an Account Executive, and is currently the Senior Vice President within the agency. In his 15 years with the agency, Michael has obtained his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor – 2015) and CRM (Certified Risk Manager – 2019) designations, through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.

Michael has developed several specialized niches of business, specifically insuring Public Entities, Contractors, and Contract bonds.   He also has experience insuring many other customers across a wide variety of business classifications.  The wide variety of businesses that Michael works with and helping his customers grow their respective business, are some of the most enjoyable aspects of what he does, and the value that he strives to deliver to each of his customers. 

Michael is actively involved in the community and supports or has served the following entities, The Rotary Club of Logansport, Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation, Cass County Family YMCA, Peak Community Services Foundation, the United Way of Cass County, and The Finance Board of his local church.  Michael and his wife Cindy are the proud parents of Dane (12), Lucy (10), Dallis (6), and Duke (3).  Michael is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys Hunting, Fishing, and Golfing with his friends, clients, and family!
